We are proud to offer a dining program complete with menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine, including many daily dishes made fresh to order just for you!
Dining Hall Offers:
Our dining room serves classic favorites from the pizza oven, deli, salad bar, and panini specials. We make our own fresh hand-cut French fries, and hand-press hamburgers using fresh ground beef. We also showcase local and global ingredients at our daily entree and action stations for a taste of something new every day! Our recipes are designed for both vegetarians and meat-eaters, with plant-based options always available to order off of the action station.
Plus, find all your favorite packaged snacks, bottled beverages, and a selection of convenience items for purchase near the entrance of the dining hall.
Dining with Food Allergies or Dietary Intolerances:
In the Dining Hall, we offer a pantry, called Simple Zone, which is stocked with foods and beverages that are free from gluten, tree nuts, or peanuts. it also includes a toaster, microwave, and cereal dispensers for gluten-free items only.
